All application data is stored in a private PostgreSQL database hosted on Render (render.com). OAuth tokens for QuickBooks are stored encrypted in the database and used only to authenticate API requests. The application is protected by password authentication and HTTPS.

We do not sell, trade, or share any data with third parties. Data is used exclusively for internal business management purposes by the application owner.

6. Data Retention & Deletion

Data is retained for as long as the business requires it. The business owner may delete any customer record or disconnect QuickBooks at any time from within the application. To request complete data deletion, contact us at the email below.

The Application uses a single session cookie solely to maintain login state. No tracking or advertising cookies are used.

8. Your Rights

As this application is for internal use only, the sole user is the business owner who has full access and control over all data within the application.
