By accessing or using Peptide CRM ("the Application"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. The Application is a private, internal business tool intended for use solely by its owner.
The Application is licensed for exclusive use by the business owner for internal customer relationship management, inventory tracking, and business analytics. Unauthorized access is strictly prohibited.
The Application integrates with QuickBooks Online via the Intuit API to retrieve financial reports. By connecting your QuickBooks account, you authorize the Application to access your accounting data in read-only mode for the purpose of displaying business analytics. You may disconnect QuickBooks at any time from the Analytics page.
The Application displays data as provided by the user and by connected third-party services (QuickBooks Online). The owner is responsible for the accuracy of data entered into the system.
All content, design, and code within the Application is owned by the business operator. No portion may be reproduced or distributed without explicit permission.
The Application is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. The owner assumes all risk associated with use of the Application for business purposes.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Application and its developer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Application.
These Terms may be updated at any time. Continued use of the Application after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
